How do I assemble The Everest?

Every product is delivered with a step-by-step guide to assembly. It’s super simple and will only take a few minutes of your time.

How soon will I receive my order?

For shipping within Dubai, please allow 48 hours for delivery.

For shipping within the UAE, please allow 72 hours for delivery.

Our packages are oversized and bulky – so we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do! For international shipping please contact us at info@areya.shop or call us at +971 (0)555130470 and we will help you with the delivery time and delivery charge.

What is the age and weight range for The Everest?

Age range: 0 y/o to adults (based on specific uses)

Weight limit: 60 kgs

What are the cleaning instructions?

Wipe down with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using chemicals or household cleaners to protect the finish.

What is your return policy?

We all change our minds sometimes!

We are happy to help you with store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

All exchanges must be pre-authorised by emailing info@areya.shop before sending the items back.

All products should be returned unused in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Areya. Store credit or exchanges will be processed within 14 days from receiving the product. Customers have 90 days to use their credit.

Do you provide warranty?

Areya warrants to its original customer as long as the original customer owns the product and uses the product with normal use and installation in accordance with the Areya manual to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period lasts for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase for private home use and 1 year from the date of purchase for commercial use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, modified parts or damage such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering and normal wear and tear.

Upon pre-authorisation, Areya will receive the product or component only if it is packed to protect it from damage – Areya will not be responsible for any damage which may occur during shipping.

The warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labour for removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts. Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from the date of shipment of the replacement part.

All warranties begin on the delivery date of the product. Warranties are non transferable.
